where did the webmail inbox go?

Tried to look at my cox webmail inbox and it is nowhere to be found. I am logged into my account, clicking on the links that should take me there, but just get taken round and round to the same silly cox pages about services and support - not the actual inbox.

    Are you logging in through a favorite/bookmark by chance? If you go directly to http://myemail.cox.net do you happen to see your inbox?

    No I logged into my account at the main Cox webpage. Clicking the obvious links to go to your mail does not lead you anywhere except endless FAQ type pages. None have the link you provided. Your link is nowhere to be found on the Cox website. I did find it already before you replied by doing a google search. I clicked on it and tried logging in (again, despite already being logged into the main web page) - no can do - it says you need the last 4 digits of my SSN? What's up w/ that?

    Please delete all cookies, cache, history and temp files from your computer and then please click on the following link: http://myemail.cox.net That should take you to your Cox Inbox. Please let me know if that works.
