Hi A.JohnJR and Bruce, the www.cox.com/.../manage-users.html URL is working for me at this time. Please clear your browser's cache and cookies and see if you still get the 404 error. I want to ensure you have access to the features on this page! -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

If you're on the Cox intranet, the link would work.

I get the same error. Don't know if it matters, but not on Cox. Tried multiple browsers and a VPN and no change. Becky, are you trying from a work network or home Wi-Fi?

becky Are you there? Could you test from a cell phone or something off the Cox Intranet? Pretty sure you gave a false positive.
