What am I paying for?
For the past month, but especially the past 2 weeks, I keep losing my internet. Go through ALL the steps the online tech says to do & still don't get wifi. Finally got a newer modem. Thought this would fix it. Nope. Cox was working on an outage for 2 days. Still the same issue. My son needs the wifi for school. This is ridiculous to have to pay for so.ethi g that doesn't work half the time
