What am I paying for if you can't keep or get the job done.
The wifi has been out 3 times thus past 2 weeks and I have a kid in school that can't do her online work and I am in school and can't do mine but yet I pay for this service and then you give a fix by time and can't keep it so what are all of us paying for if it can't fix it and tech can't who can and when .
