Website loads for everyone else, but not me on cox

There's a website www.bcrd.org that loads for everyone I check with around the country, but here in Sun Valley on Cox Internet the domain name does not resolve correctly. Any way to get Cox to force ...

Are all web browsers experiencing this issue?
