Hi JMLewis, is the "connection timed out" issue affecting all three of the email addresses associated with your Cox account? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

    Yes, it affects all three emails. They all time out. I can log in to my Cox Account just fine, but even from there if I try to open my webmail it times out with the same error.
