We have been having these problems on and off since December. My husband has been on the phone with them for hours. We have changed our emails multiple times. Cox is a monopoly and is not taking responsibility for this.

We have been having these problems on and off since December. My husband has been on the phone with them for hours. We have changed our emails multiple times. Cox is a monopoly and is not taking responsibility for this. The this being that this has been happening to us for the last 2+ months. I just called the Daily Breeze to see if they thought it was worth some coverage. I also looked up the Corporate Address: Pat Esser, President, Cox Communications, 6205-B Peachtree Dunwoody Rd NE. Atlanta 30328. I used to be a customer service consultant when I lived in Boston and once worked for Cox. So I am very frustrated about the way they are handling this. I just want my cox.com to work. I do not want to change my email to google or get Direct TV. And I think we all deserve some kind of rebate.

  • @Cliesy. We can certainly look into any service related issues that you may be experiencing. Are you currently able to access cox.com or are you trying to access emails through third party software such as Outlook or a phone? Lasty, are you getting any error messages? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.
