No, that still didn't help. Maybe it's due to the fact that I had to spoof my user-agent to get it to bypass the "outdated browser" warning? Which browsers are supported? I don't know why my most recent version of Firefox or Chromium would be considered outdated.

No, I'm not using Windows nor a VPN. I'm using Firefox 128.3.1esr (64-bit) on Linux.
I am using custom (non-Cox) DNS servers. Maybe that's part of the problem?
The DNS should not be an issue, but it might be the operating system. If you use a browser on your cellphone, are you able to access it?
