VW Vortex website loads very slow (all other sites load quickly)

Hi,

I have consistent problems loading the VW Vortex website (forums.vwvortex.com/index.php).

All other websites load quickly.

I've tried flushing my DNS, and have used Microsoft Edge, IE, Chrome, and Firefox, with the same issue still occuring. 

I am using the Cox Panoramic WiFi router.

Does anyone else have similar problems, or suggestions on how to fix it?
