Very slow internet speed

Using preferred 150 but down speed has not been even >50Mbs in the past couple months

  • Byip1, I suggest checking all connections, then power cycle the modem first, then router if separate, then restart your computer. Run the speed test on our website. If the results are lower than the tier you subscribe to, contact us through Facebook, Twitter @cox.help, or email us at cox.help@cox.com
