Valued Customer??

I have been a cox customer for over 15 yrs. I keep being told thank for being a loyal customer after each time I have to call regarding an issue. Well how is raising prices with the same service that never gets better help so called loyal customers. Between Cox an Verizon getting more expensive with all these extra unnecessary fees it’s ridiculous. The fact  it takes State funding to lower a bill for lower income families confirms COX only cares about the money. As long as the get the money from somewhere they will do it. Like any other company it’s all smoke n mirrors.
