I attempted to setup someone to come out and look at the lines cox installed but the technician lied. There is another appt for the 9th...hopefully I am still a cox customer come the 10th.

AT&T DSL, even at much lower speed, is a better option since the DSL latency will at least be stable. If Cox cannot provide me with stable latency then I will have to switch.

Did you switch to AT&T and if so, how is the internet connection?
