Not to sound like an **s, but you justified the reason for your excessive data use, do you not read what people are saying, they made no changes in their daily business, thus they don’t understand why they’re over the cap and why it started this billing cycle.

One terabyte of data use is excessive, even steaming video, gaming, chatting online and web browsing should not use that much data. I have been with Cox cable internet service since day one and I mean day one, I was the first cable internet customer in Meriden, CT! Since then I have never been threatened to have service disconnected for abuse and have never exceeded any data limits.
