Unexpected Price Increase
Hello, my name is Rafael and I want to understand why the charges for internet increased by $13.00? I don't have a notification of an increase. Could you please explain?

More than likely you had a special rate for a 1 or 2 year contract. Once that expires your rates go to the regular posted rates. You will need to contact sales, or retention and ask that they look over your account and see what discounted service is available for you to sign up for.
