unable to connect to my sites hosted at GoDaddy.

I cannot pull up my sites hosted at GoDaddy as of about 1PM on 3/17/2020.  Others outside of Cox can access no problem.  Examples are amsintranet.com and members.amsfsg.com.  Any ideas why?  Is Cox blocking these sites, or Go Daddy all together?
