Unable to backup iPhone on network

I am having trouble using my Cox network to backup my iPhone to iCloud. I receive a message that the backup could not be completed because of poor network conditions. I’ve reset my cable modem and router (Eero), and contacted both Eero and Apple support. No other devices have issues on our network and I am able to backup on other networks and via cellular. Apple suggested to contact our ISP, so I thought to contact this forum. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

A poor network connection normally indicates the connection between your device and your router, not the internet or modem. Ensure you are in line of sight with your router, (The primary, not one of the satellite mesh devices). Nothing in between your phone and the primary router, and keep the distance less than 20 feet. If that doesn't work, shift to the 2.4ghz network, not the 5ghz or the 6ghz. The higher the frequency, the less distance it is capable traveling without dropping off.
