Tucson - Packetloss / jitter
Been getting frequent packet loss / ping spikes and constant jitter on internet last few days along with speed drops and the occasional dns outage. Been making work from home difficult.

Hello, are you using a wireless router while gaming? If so, can you please bypass it and share the results of a hard-wired speed test? I am not seeing any packet loss on your modem at this time.
