Tricky charge policy
We are on the last month of our two year bundle. Consisting of internet, tv and security. To date I have had no issues that is until last month. I received an additional charge for internet overages of $100. Now it’s not the money but the fact they could not explain what it was, why it was over and the first time in an 11 month period. So because they wouldn’t do anything about, it they can keep the hundred bucks and lose many more!!! I am leaving Cox for century link fiber which is unlimited and Gigabit speed for the same price as the 300mb day get from Cox fir the same price!
