Too Cheap to replace lines

I have waited for 4 years, yes 4 years, I have researched other internet services in my urban area and currently there is no competition to Cox in my area. I pay over $44 a month and wait hours to read a simple email. The Cox technician told me on his last visit that the lines in my building are over 20 years old and that Cox will not replace them any time soon even though my service goes out with every raindrop or cloud in the sky. I have contacted the BBB who tells me Cox has under a 38% favorable rating in my area, yet I wait. Cox want even send out a service tech, "It cost too much to do that." I am now diligently working to make sure Cox business looses several contracts in my area, including where I am a supervisor-over 400 customers and the business account---guess that is not worth fixing my internet. Shentel is now allowed to accept service in Roanoke City because of my actions (but not at my location yet), and others who you keep ripping off. Karma...it all comes back to those who mistreat others....
