So much for watching Tyson/ Paul tonight. Cox sucks and I’ll be looking elsewhere after this debacle. WTF? Had sound and frozen video and now I have nothing.

Same exact thing here. 500x50? Thanks for all of those, "You've been upgraded for free" emails. I have to watch this on my phone via Verizon network. I'll be downgrading my service and eventually cancelling once Quantum fiber construction is complete soon.
Do you mean on Netflix? If so, that is a Netflix issue and not a Cox issue. See here.
