THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE ON THE PLANET
I have spoken and typed with no fewer than 5 agents today from Cox and they all tell me different things or DON"T KNOW - how can you run a cable company with support like that. Utterly useless. I have spent over $500 to get what I am paying for and no one can get the answers. And no one is crediting me aht I have spent based on their useless tech support.
