I have spoken and typed with no fewer than 5 agents today from Cox and they all tell me different things or DON"T KNOW - how can you run a cable company with support like that.  Utterly useless.  I have spent over $500 to get what I am paying for and no one can get the answers.  And no one is crediting me aht I have spent based on their useless tech support.

    It seems Mary doesn't want you sharing with other customers the poor service you have been dealing with. Well I can tell ya it's the poor service that brings customers here in the first place. If the ranch had gotten taken care of they wouldnt have needed to write on here.

    I feel the same way as you the ranch. Customer care doesn't seem to be one of Cox's  strong points. Feels more like they dont care at all just want your money.
