Hi BatMorph,
I'm sorry to hear you've experienced interruptions. We want to help. We'll need some additional information to look into this for you. Are you referring to known outages in the area, or have you been experiencing intermittent connectivity issues? Please feel free to email my team for support at cox.help@cox.com
Thank you.

What happened to your class action lawsuit? How did that go?

Do you think that can be set up in a few days or even weeks? This is a major complex that is affected every time Cox goes down. Many here work remotely & depend on it. They are signing up as I meet them. For now, I had to spend more money & purchase a WiFi adapter for my PC so I can use my phone as a hotspot for internet each time Cox goes down.
This type of thing also gets added, so people affected will have to tally their similar purchases caused by the many outages & provide an attorney with receipts.

It’s known outage now & per usual takes your horrible technicians a full day to repair. Disgusting & I can’t wait until the day we get rid of Cox from the United States all together. Your service is terrible & never gets better per my MANY posts. It’s unbearable & you folks need to be sued.

First, I am not Cox. Next, yes, all the people here will report problems. People don't post positive experiences on forums. Next, if you hate them so much, vote with your wallet and change to a different ISP. I highly doubt they are the only option. Have you checked the FCC broadband maps? Maybe they are just the best ISP in your area compared to TM/ATT Air/Verizon Home Internet/Starlink/etc.
Also, you keep mentioning suing Cox but you haven't so far. Why is that?
