The connection to remote server 127.0.0.2 was refused or timed out while attempting to connect.

This has been happening often.  2 things have changed.  A Cox Panoramic Modem/Router as installed along with my wife's TP-Link wireless router.  I also installed Windows 10 a few weeks ago.  The erro...

Are you trying to connect to 127 or is this error just appearing on your Win10 device?

I am connecting to my e-mail and when I try and do something I get the error.  Sometimes it clears and I can send.

    Okay...only with Webmail.  As Mouth noted, this has been a reoccurring glitch but no fix as I recall.  I remember getting it as well but it just "magically" clears.
