I would just like to give a good report to a person that helped me so much last night in getting me new modem to work..the first person was NO HELP..so I called back and got a wonderful person named Shelby..this wonderful person walked me through and found the problem..when COX gives bad service, people scream it from the housetops, so I wanted to give praise where praise is do.Thank you Shelby for your patience with me and your determination to find the problem..
