Terrible

I can't wait to switch my overpriced Cox service to Live Oak. I just switched my service in Ohio to a new optic fiber service for half the price and it has been great. I've been dealing with Cox for 10 years. They constantly raised my prices and didn't care when I asked for a break on my costs until the new guys are coming to town. Now Cox is willing to reduce my bill by $10.00 monthly. I hope the company can survive without my 10 per month.
