Support Communication Text vs App
Apparently there's been an outage in my area. Don't like outages, of course, but a very unhelpful thing is the conflicting updates. The Cox app tells me there are intermittent outages and invites me to sign up for text updates. When I request an UPDATE by text the message is that "the outage has been cleared." Better communication between these two services would be appreciated.
