Stupidity of the CGM4141COX panoramic wifi modem

So I just upgraded to this CGM4141 modem because the previous modem I was using was a bit outdated. Now the first thing I noticed with this device is the fact that you cannot use special characters...

Thanks for reaching out to us through Cox Forums. We can certainly investigate your concerns. What special characters are you unable to use? Also, please elaborate the issue with changing the network name for your ethernet.
