Stop sending promotional mail via USPS ‍♂️

Please stop sending me promotional mailings. Paperless to be "Green" makes sense, so lets also be extra green by not mailing me stuff. I know where the website is; If I need an expanded or additional service, I know where to find it.

    Hi Brasil82, we can certainly investigate this further for you. To get started, can you please include a link to this forum thread and email us at cox.help@cox.com? If you're receiving newspaper inserts, shared mail (coupons in the mail), or Valpak-type mail, then this cannot be stopped. We can place a request to have you removed from our marketing list so that you will no longer receive personally-targeted marketing materials. Marketing material that is generally addressed to cannot be stopped.
