I certainly apologize for any confusion around the forum threads. If a situation is likely an account-specific concern, our team will lock the thread and assist them directly. We will forward this concern to our team so we'll be more mindful of the responses. Thank you for being a consistent responder in making the Cox Forums work for everyone.
That's the thing, there is no obvious account issue in the posts. Can you at least give us a hour or something before locking a post so you can see if the user-base is able to technically assist? I can see offering assistance or letting people know they can contact you directly if they want to, but why lock the thread? What does that serve? I am trying to understand your side of it. Break it down for me please.
