Still no internet connection for the last 16hours!

It’s very disappointing, no numbers to call, technician’s availability would be on monday… COX’s saying that no outage in my area but still no internet

    I also checked downdetector.com and didn't see any reported problems. Must be a local issue.

Could you give us some information to work with? What are you using for a Modem? What are you using for a Router? Can you look at the Modem Connection page and confirm that there is no signal at the modem?
