Speed gone from 150 mbps to 2mbps in 24 hours?

My speed has dropped to almost nothing over the past 24 hours. Latest speed test showed 2 in download speed and 4.5 in upload.  I'm paying for the 150 mbps service.  I can't download any large files ...
