I am not experiencing the same problem as others in this forum.  My wife and I both have email accounts through cox and we were finding that we couldn't receive emails from each other.  At least, we couldn't see them.  Turns out the spam filter was identifying them and placing them in the spam folder.  I don't use Cox's interface to check email.  How can this happen if I don't have any filters setup?

    because cox has filters setup, they're looking out for you.

    when i come to forum i check webmail for spam, just had 7 + i check my wifi to see if anyone but me is connected to me.
