Spam mail

Have not gotten any spam at all in over 2 months.  I know for a fact some emails I want must be going there so I am not getting them, specifically restaurant coupons I want.  Talked to tech support including senior tech and could not help.  He supposedly set up a work around which also did not work.  Why am I paying for an inferior system?

    I also have not been updated to the new email format and therein seems to be the problem.  They say I am stuck between the new and the old.  Oh and this has been for over a year.
