Hi. One of best ways to combat spam is to actually select spam for each email you don't want to receive any more. You can also set up message filters in Webmail. I personally have some people that have found ways around the roadblocks of blocking them because they create a new email address to send from. I set up a filter with a name or part of the subject and also mark them as spam so that Cox webmail spam filters update that information. It is now catching the ones I no longer want to see.
