SPAM Filters

Dear Cox,

   Since recently your automated SPAM filters have become virtually non-existent, it would be an enormous help to the Cox community if you could set up a "sticky post" here defining all the SPAM filter options in detail. There are a number of options which are not obvious as to their meaning or how to use them. Defining everything in detail would really help.
