Slow Upload Speed Issue

I have gigablast as my internet service and my upload speed has dropped to around 5Mbps. I went through the normal process rebooting and recycling the power, etc . Contacted CS but no resolution and lost connection in the process. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. I run a Plex server. So, the upload speed is important. Download speed no issue.

    System is back to normal. Not sure what was going on but it’s working now. Thanks’
