Slow internet speed with 300mbps plan.

Hello, i have been having the 300mbps service and it seems that I'm not getting my full service I pay for. Always very slow. Having problems streaming videos on all my devices. This is very frustrating. I have up to date equipment as I was told to upgrade bc prior to updating my service. This is extremely frustrating. How can we get this resolved?
