Slow internet in the Florida Panhandle

Over the past couple of months my internet has been so slow at times that I cant connect to anything. This is an issue I have never had, until now. I have lived in the same place for 13 years and had Cox as my provider for over 30 years. So what is going on?? I noticed my internet price increased last month by $10 but yet my service has decreased to the point its not accessible at many times.  Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks!

    We are not aware of any issues ongoing in the Florida Panhandle area. When you have trouble connecting, are you using a wired or a wireless connection? If wireless, I would recommend that you try using a wired connection to see if you have trouble connecting that way. If the problem continues, we can take a deeper look into that for you.
