Slow download speeds, Cox Gigabit Internet

hello, my gigabit download speeds have dropped drastically within the past week down to about 150 down. I usually get around 600-700 down.

I've tried resetting modem multiple times and still slow download speeds. Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
