signal-to-noise ratio
Notice that the signal-to-noise ratio for downstream channel 5 is at " 0 ". Is this an acceptable level? From the information that I have read on the internet, the db should be >30

Looks like a problem with that frequency. How do the other channels look around it? Any uncorrectables? I would suggest bypassing all splitters and doing a factory reset and see if the problem continues. If so, you need a technician.
