Short outages all day
Today my internet went in and all all day. It’s was unable to be effective while using the internet.

I have the same issue. They said either wiring issue or bad modem (which is 4 months old from them).
- @Tookand, Your modem is reporting some time out errors at this time. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
