Update I installed a program called haste from haste.net they give me a two week free trial and I did not have to put any credit card information in and it has fixed my leg problem for the time being it’s not 100% perfect but there’s been a dramatic increase in performance I highly recommend it to anybody having this issue with the AWS servers
