Just a a COX tech out to my house who rewired the coaxial cable, however the problem persists.
He was with me in my office watching the packet loss % stat on Fortnite, consistent 1-5% packet loss.
He told me he would talk to his superiors once he's back to the office. He also said he has personally not seen this issue yet, however I suspect this is due to not many gamers being the one in charge of their COX account, parents of kids in most cases.

Trust me it will go nowhere, my tech said the exact same thing and had a "field ops" come take a look and here we are months and months later plagued by this issue. Im so freaking sick of coming back here to see if they have found a fix.

Same honesty this is horrible. For me it works fine on the morning and the packet loss starts every day at 5 pm. I’ve switched modems, drivers, had cox replace all the wires ect even the one running to the street ect....i think i need to find a new provider. Any recommendations?
