Service not meeting standards

For the past three weeks the internet has been spotty. How long is it gonna take for you guys to fix or upgrade or whatever it is that is going on. I’m paying for a service that sometimes kicks me out of watching my shows or my phones keep on asking if I wanna keep trying the WiFi or cellular that’s not cool
