"Service Interrupted" status message came back????

Please repair this again, my account overview showed "Service Connected" in green since Tuesday when I said it was resolved in another thread that has since been locked. 

Sometime overnight it went back to red & shows "Service Interrupted" all over again. Why does this continue to be so problematic?

    Certainly odd, it shows connected again...... will keep watching it, don't understand why the internet disconnects and the TV always show connected with out interruption.....
