I have the same message, as well as one that says there's an issue in my area. All day my router has been resetting every 30 minutes or so. I'm going to wait to see if the issue is resolved since they apparently already know about it. If I were in your shoes with just the single service interrupted I would probably give them a call.
It is an ongoing problem with them, I have had it come and go on my account page overview and Cox Connect app, calling or asking for online help is futile....my TV Contour showed "Unavailable" for weeks and then magically it showed "Connected" one day..... Internet service has shown "Interrupted" sporadically for months. They have no clue what the issue is and nevermind asking them to resolve it. Their technical infrastructure is very poor.

Funny, I havent' gotten any such offer and I've been complaining about this for 2 months. I called and the agent said he'd get it to the proper people. I've complained on the forum and you don't take it seriously.
So what's the answer here. My connection has been fine for months, yet you blast me with a big red Service Interrupted x message every time I log in to my account. This issue is clearly not on my end. So what are you doing about it?
