"Service Interrupted" in my account overview
when i log in to my online account, i see "Service Interrupted" in the upper right corner -- https://i.imgur.com/2CkgvkW.png
should i call a technician?

Mine was repaired, been good for a week or so now.....let support open a ticket and see what they can do.
