Second day with no service - no cable, no Internet - and constant outages in our area

My wife works from home and has to use a hotspot quite often.

I had to use a hotspot on my work phone to get ANY Internet service just so I could pay our monthly bill.

As I am paying, I am wondering, "What am I even paying for?"
