Samsung A51 phone and Outlook Ap via IMAP

My outlook ap works for days and then I get a prompt asking me to " re-enter your password for your @%$** @ cox.net account(IMAP) 

If I click on the enter password box it takes me to EDIT IMAP setting with my correct email a blank password box and my display name is blank my description is blank

then if I click on the advanced settings everything is blank except for my email address .................AGAIN. 5th go around with this. HELP?

    Also in adv settings even there is no field for ports.

    type the pw in rather than clicking on pw box.

    i got the same message with outlook 2016 on my pc yesterday a few times.
