Recurrent Internet Outages

I live in Ketchum Idaho area. Over the past several weeks Cox Internet has been going out regularly every evening. A few days ago it went out for 5-10 minutes about 4 times from 10 pm till midnight. Last night same thing. What the heck is going on Cox. Horrible service!

      Gigablast modem is going down and then rebooting repeatedly. It's about 2 years old. I use a eero 6 Wi Fi router which works fine when the modem is working. Maybe I need to get a new modem???

        The modem shouldn't be rebooting repeatedly. Have you check the connection and is the power cord plugged into a wall outlet?
